1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Sulul (“we”, “our”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).
If you do not agree, you must stop using the platform immediately.

These Terms apply to all users, visitors, and anyone who accesses the Services.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to use Sulul for:

• Sharing sexually explicit, violent, or hateful content

• Fraud, hacking, or distributing malware

• Violating intellectual property rights

5.2 Platform Misuse

• Creating multiple accounts to abuse features

• Spamming, advertising, or misinformation

• Attempting to reverse-engineer or disrupt platform operations

• Impersonating another individual or entity

Violation of these rules may lead to immediate suspension or termination.

6. User Content

6.1 Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you share, including messages, images, and media.

6.2 License to Sulul

By using Sulul, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to:

• Store, process, and display your content

• Transmit your messages to intended recipients

• Improve our services and ensure platform safety

We do not claim ownership of your private communications.

6.3 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you share and represent that:

• You own or have rights to share it

• It does not violate any laws or third-party rights

Messages posted in public chat rooms or communities may be visible to other users.
Do not share any information you consider private or sensitive.

All content and features provided by Sulul—including logos, trademarks, design, code, and functionality—are owned by Sulul and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not:

11.2 Service Downtime

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Maintenance, updates, or issues may cause temporary disruptions.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sulul is not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Loss of data, profits, or reputation

• Unauthorized access to messages or accounts

• User actions or content shared on the platform

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the service.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or costs arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms

• Any content you post or share

14. Modifications to the Terms
